how do you spell summer? P.O.O.L

My Aunt and Uncle brought their grandchildren over to play with JP yesterday....they had so much fun!! YAY summer!

JP had more fun putting his toys in the skimmer and climbing out of the pool to retrieve them!

JP trying to decide if he wanted to go off the diving board. He did and loved it!

I apologize for my lack of blogging. In addition to our crazy lives right now, it doesn't help when you don't have a computer in your home.

Actually, things aren't AS crazy as they have been. I'm afraid to "write" out loud that things are getting back to normal. But, they seem to be. Scott is doing very well for now. He has gotten rid of his wound vac and pic line. The Infectious Disease doctors have him on oral antibiotics for another couple of weeks. We are continuing to pray that once he's off the antibiotics, the infections do not come back. His wound is not completely closed, but is healing nicely. He is back at work, but still not being paid in full until July. So, you can also join me in praying for God's provision over the next month. If I have learned NOTHING else in my life, it's that GOD IS FAITHFUL. Always. We continue to "take our tithe into the storehouse" each week like He's commanded, so we know He is going to take care of us!

I want to publicly praise Him for what He's done for us up until now. I am reminded DAILY that even when things seem out of control in MY eyes, there is always a bigger picture and God is the artist! (What a crazy painting our lives are!! )

On a lighter note, JP is doing great. We are both ready for the summer. Tomorrow is my last FULL day of work and I am elated! I look forward to a summer full of sun and fun!! :)

I will close with a prayer request:

Scott's grandmother is back in the hospital with MRSA in her bloodstream. They are leaving her pacemaker in and will probably send her home with lifelong antibiotics and see how long her pacemaker will function. So, PLEASE pray that God will, first of all, heal her and leave her on Earth for her loved ones to enjoy. Second, pray for strength for Scott, Eddie, Amy, Kim and the whole family. It's always difficult to watch someone you love suffer.

THANKS TO ALL MY BLOGGING BUDDIES! YOU ROCK!
