Kathi and Dave were visiting her family in Charleston and came up for the day. Mom and I took them around Pawley's Island.
This is a church from the 1900's. It's on stilts because it's on top of the marsh.
If you are from the South, you should know the legend of Alice Flagg. She died in the 1800's and haunts Pawley's Island. If you walk around her grave X amount of times, she shows up... of course we had to check it out!
Back in that time, families were buried together and a fence was built around them.
