I do not have time to post much. It's very late and JP, Scott and I are heading to bed. I wanted to let everyone know that my friend, Brian passed away yesterday (Friday) afternoon. I appreciate every one's prayers and concern for this family.

I probably will not be posting for a little while. I am spending a lot of time with Megan and the kids. Please continue to lift them up in prayer!

Thank you.

Hey Girl. I saw Brian's obit in the paper this morning and I am very sorry. I honnestly did say a prayer for Megan and her children this morning. I know you have been so much support for her. Thank you for being the awesome friend that you are. I know she is so blessed to have your friendship at this time. Please call me if I can do anything for you as you minister to her. I mean it. I am happy to help. Love, Ashley

I'm so sorry for your lose, Andrea.

Here's an odd, it's-a-small-world story for you:

I was just talking to my mom on the phone, half-heartedly listening to her talk (blah, blah, blah), until she mentioned that so-and-so's son passed away on Friday.

I interrupted Mom to ask her to repeat herself and she explained, "Remember son-and-so's son who had the brain tumor? He died. He was home and they said there wasn't any more they could do. It's so sad."

I've been kept abreast of Brian's struggle all along, but didn't realize he was your Brian until just now. You see, my mom knows Brian's mother through tennis.

I had just read your blog this afternoon, so I told my mom to wait while I pulled up your page again. While I was pulling it up I asked, "Was his name Brian?" My mom said that it was, then she said he had two kids and told me their names, too. By then I had your page up so I asked, "Is his wife's name Megan?" And it was.

Thanks for sharing the story...it is a very small world. Marcia (Brian's mom) LOVES tennis. LOTS of people have been praying for Brian and his family. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.
