This would be Scott going out every FIFTEEN minutes to pour water over the DISH T.V in the backyard! We do not want to lose the GOLF channel!

The next few pics were taken in the pitch black house....we had to have candles lit to see anything. However, it did not affect JP in the LEAST! He ran around in the dark like nothing was wrong. It was pretty fun.
We moved our mattress into the living room so that we could all sleep in front of the fireplace! It was FREEZING!!!!
Scott charged the little DVD player in the car so that JP could watch a movie before his nap...
.....Ahhhh! All is well!
We've had an interesting night/day. Our power is back on now, praise God! We haven't showered in two days and we are ready to soak in a tub!! Hope everyone is having fun in the sloppy snow! We are still keeping our fingers crossed for a two hour delay tomorrow!!!

Andrea, What an exciting birthday for Scott!! Can you hear me cackling from there? I LOVED the picture and caption of Scott going outside with the water. Seriously though, I heard from a lot of people who did the same thing. I sent Dave outside with a broom to whack the snow off of our dish!! I'm glad y'all have power back.
