LOVE IN ANY LANGUAGE

We went with our friend Nathan today to a soccer camp he was conducting. It is set up in a poverty stricken part of Guatemala City. It was very interesting to watch. It is sortof like UPWARDS in South Carolina. The children meet twice a day for Bible study and games. These kids are so friendly and eager to learn about Jesus! It was a great experience! It reminded me of how much I have to be thankful for!!

You guys look so sweet with your little boy!! How exciting that you were able to go to the soccer game. It sounds neat to be able to witness some of the ministries there. Still praying you hear some good news and can come home soon, but I'm sure you are enjoying your time together!

I noticed something with these pics of you two with JP. I mean, I've seen pics of you guys with him before, but this time you all look different. You're a family. A unit. Andrea, you are a MOM. Scott, you are a DAD. And JP is a blessed son. It shows in all of your eyes.
We miss you guys and can't wait to meet JP.
Love ~ Julie, Charlie, Jessie & Jonah

Andrea, what a wonderful experience. There is nothing that can compare to being a part of the ministry that serves the under-priviledged. It truly reminds us of what we have, what we really need and what really matters in this world. This will be something you will carry in your heart for a lifetime.

Just like Julie said, you can see in your eyes, in your voice (through your posts), that your heart is completely fulfilled.

I am humbled at being a part of your life and witnessing all that you've been through. Thank you for sharing your life with me.
